Thank you for making Easy Crypto your trusted crypto supplier of all hardware products and merchandise we offer. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you're not completely satisfied, or there is a defect, this Refund Policy (“Policy”) terms shall apply.
This Policy forms part of Easy Crypto Terms of Service, and any words defined therein shall have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
Our Policy for unwanted products applies for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have lapsed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless the product is defective.
The following will NOT be regarded as a defect:
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- damage arising from electrical surges;
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
- damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
- where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you; and
- in relation to Unboxed Deals or used products, signs of handling and/or repackaging
If you log a return with us for an unwanted product within the stipulated 30 days, you must ensure the product is unused or in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and not damaged. We do require proof of this beforehand, so please take a photograph of the condition of the product and send it to us as part of the return process.
If the product is faulty or you are having technical issues please contact our customer service desk at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance as we should be able to arrange an exchange once we have inspected the product and validated your return.
To complete the return process, we require proof of purchase. Please contact us first to process your return and then arrange for either a refund or exchange. Please note that we will arrange with a courier for the collection of the products at no cost, unless it is an unwanted product. If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse Easy Crypto for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange on products that have not been seen before, please note that you are required to inspect the product to determine that it meets the ‘type’ or ‘quality’ and/or ‘specifications’ reasonably expected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by Instant EFT or COD (cash on delivery) will be refunded to your nominated bank account.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 4 business days (this excludes weekends and public holidays). If your refund has been confirmed and the non-receipt of your funds exceed the above mentioned time frame, we request that you do the following prior to contacting us;
- Contact your credit card company (or where you have made the original payment from), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and may be pending with them.
- Next contact your bank directly. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com confirming you have attempted the above and attach your communication confirming so.
We only exchange (replace) items if they are defective or damaged (faulty). If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. Please refer to the returns and refunds section for further information.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if such return is due to the item being an unwanted gift.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Our standard processing time is 3-4 business days once we receive your request (this excludes weekends and public holidays). This is in addition to the time it takes to ship your product. As far as any other terms and conditions that may not have been specified herein, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and Regulations shall apply.
The consumer hereby acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Policy.
